Habit Burger & Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to run daily restaurant operations. You will lead FOH & BOH teams, oversee onboarding, training, and adherence to SOPs while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in related food service management position preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Assist and supervise the training and development of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Uphold food preparation specifics by ensuring SOPs are followed for quality items.
• Train Team Members and Shift Leaders on changes, processes, or equipment.
• Conduct 1-on-1 Succession Planning with Team Members.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and uniform standards.
• Manage daily restaurant operations and shifts.
• Increase sales through guest satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Maintain food quality, availability, and inventory control.
• Prepare work schedules and manage labor costs.
