Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training for FOH & BOH team members.
• Support scheduling, inventory, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
