Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead teams, ensure food safety, and drive sales while delivering a superior guest experience. A path for growth and ongoing training is provided.

You will recruit, train, and supervise FOH & BOH staff, manage schedules, and maintain quality standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in related food service management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Supervise training and development of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards in all prepared items.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet restaurant goals.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
