Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead our high-volume quick-serve restaurants. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach and develop team members, assign tasks, and foster a positive work environment that drives guest satisfaction and food quality.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of food service management experience; the role requires a flexible schedule and strong integrity.

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members.
• Direct and assign work to Team Members.
• Creating a positive work environment for team members.
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation.
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment.
