Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume, quick-service travel-center restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain standards.

Responsibilities include directing work, expediting food service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining food quality and safety, and creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of food service management experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
