Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. You will fill in for the Restaurant General Manager, coach team members, and ensure efficient operations.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. A high school diploma and at least one year of food service management experience are required, with a flexible schedule.

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members
