Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support high-volume quick service operations within a travel center. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager, coach team members, and help ensure smooth daily restaurant execution.

The role emphasizes staff development, food safety, guest satisfaction, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one-year food service management experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members
• Direct and assign work to Team Members
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment
