Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume, quick service restaurant at a travel center. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager and manage team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands; prior food-service management experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum one-year food service management experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members
• Direct and assign work to Team Members
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment
