Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for its high-volume eatery in a travel center. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager and lead team members to deliver fast, friendly service and top-notch food quality.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, managing schedules, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and maintaining guest satisfaction while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager when needed.
• Coach, train and develop team members.
• Direct and assign work to team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
