Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume quick service restaurant within a travel center. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach team members, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of food service management experience, and flexibility to work varied schedules.

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members.
