Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run a high-volume travel-center restaurant. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach staff, and oversee daily operations to deliver great guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, integrity and accountability at the managerial level, with a flexible schedule and prior food service management experience. Salary offers opportunity for strong performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in coaching, training and developing Team Members.
• Direct and assign work to Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Create a positive work environment for team members and guests.
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
