Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, a proud Arby’s franchisee based in Northern Indiana, invites an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. You will guide the crew to deliver a positive guest experience, uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and report to the General Manager to drive high performance.

Ideal candidates excel in leadership, coaching others, and maintaining guest satisfaction while managing food cost, labor, and overall operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• 2. Hire, train & coach the team
• 3. Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• 4. Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• 5. Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
