Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Arby’s® locations in Northern Indiana. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach a diverse team, and oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and operating controls to protect profits.

As a leader, you’ll guide food safety, inventory, and financial performance while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs; work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
