Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a stellar guest experience at our Arby’s location. You will set the tone when you’re in charge, uphold standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness, and rely on your leadership to drive results.

You’ll work with the General Manager to hit goals in service, operations and financial performance while managing people, cash controls, and inventory using AES systems.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
