Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Northern Indiana for Arby’s restaurants. You will lead guest service and the team, guide operations, and protect safety and happiness within the staff. Your goal is to drive performance, retention, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and P&L management, with a focus on quality, service, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing restaurant teams.
• Ability to coach and develop staff for performance.
• Experience in hiring, training, and staffing.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Experience managing P&L and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
