AES Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience at our Arby's location in Wisconsin. You will set the tone, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness while supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate leads by example, coaches staff, and ensures service excellence, cash controls, and inventory accuracy to achieve performance goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong guest service and team leadership skills.
• Able to implement controls and inventory management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
