Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a positive guest experience across AES/Arby’s locations. You’ll uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and lead the crew in daily operations.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, cash/inventory controls, and achieving service and financial goals with the General Manager. A driver’s license and ServSafe certification help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to create a positive guest experience.
• Set the tone for the team when in charge; uphold quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Hire, train and coach the team.
• Run restaurant operations each shift to ensure success.
• Manage cash and inventory controls and meet restaurant goals.
