Job summary

AES Restaurants seeks a proactive Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a busy Arby’s location. You will guide the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Your leadership sets the tone for daily operations and customer service excellence. You will hire, train, and coach staff, manage cash and inventory controls, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve goals in service, operations, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the team to deliver a positive guest experience.
• Hire, train & coach the team to uphold high standards of service and safety.
• Utilize AES systems to run restaurant operations smoothly every shift.
• Implement restaurant controls including cash handling and inventory management.
• Set and strive for restaurant goals in service, operations and financial results.
