Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience at our Arby’s locations in Northern Indiana. You’ll help uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness while leading by example on every shift.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching the team, managing cash and inventory, and driving service and financial results under the direction of the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
