Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, based in Northern Indiana, operates Arby’s restaurants across 344 locations in 20 states. As Restaurant Assistant Manager you will guide the team to create a positive guest experience, uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and lead by example.

You will hire, train and coach the team, utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, manage cash and inventory, and drive service and financial results while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
