Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking an Assistant Manager in Loganville, GA to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top guest experiences. You will manage schedules, coach team members, and uphold standards and safety guidelines across the store.

Qualified candidates have 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, leadership skills, and flexible availability. This on-site role offers pay per hour with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to all processes, policies, and procedures.
• Enhance guest experiences by training and coaching team members to meet guest expectations.
• Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly.
• Supervise, lead, and coach staff to achieve quarterly goals and maintain quality standards.
• Handle guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Report performance concerns to General Manager and participate in performance reviews.
• Foster a positive culture and team morale through recognition and leadership.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and proper handling of food and products.
