Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Loganville, GA location to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise team members, plan schedules, coach staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety policies.

We offer quarterly bonus potential up to 12% of annual earnings, free meals on shift, paid time off, and opportunities to advance within the franchise network. Must be 18+, valid license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Background check required.
• Must possess leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure quality standards.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Address guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally.
