Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Create effective work schedules and delegate shifts per policy.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to reach quarterly goals.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Escalate concerns to General Manager when needed.
