You will train and coach team members, create schedules, supervise service quality, handle guest concerns, and work with the General Manager to drive results.

The role requires 1–3 years of restaurant management experience and availability to work a 5‑day, 32–48 hour week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1–3 years of management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
