Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1–3 years of management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including certification plans and trainings.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet guest expectations.
• Ensure proper training with ongoing coaching and development.
• Create effective work schedules following standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments with clear expectations.
• Supervise and coach team members to perform at a high level and meet goals.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager.
