Zaxbys is expanding and seeks an Assistant Manager to run daily restaurant operations, uphold standards, and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll lead a team, train staff, and ensure processes are followed while maintaining a positive, safe work environment.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in restaurant management, a reliable schedule, and the ability to complete required training and certifications. This role offers growth and benefits typical of a fast‑casual brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1–3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily operations ensuring adherence to processes, policies, and procedures.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet guest expectations.
• Ensure team training with ongoing coaching and development.
• Create and manage an effective work schedule following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations.
• Supervise and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals and maintain quality standards.
• Handle guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with guidelines and ensure records are accurate.
