Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, delivering a positive guest experience. You will hire, train, coach, and set goals with the General Manager, while using AES systems to manage operations, cash, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.
