AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide teams in creating a positive guest experience and upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You’ll lead when in charge, setting the tone for the crew and ensuring excellent service.

Work involves using AES systems to drive operations, coaching staff, managing cash and inventory, and pursuing goals for service and financial performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
