Job summary

AES Restaurants in Northern Indiana is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide a team and deliver a positive guest experience. You’ll set the tone, uphold quality, safety and cleanliness, and rely on your leadership to drive daily execution across service and operations. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and managing cash and inventory controls; working with the General Manager to set goals and improve guest satisfaction, speed of service and profitability.
