Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC in Northern Indiana is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team toward a positive guest experience. You’ll set the tone, uphold high standards of quality, safety and cleanliness, and support your crew to perform at their best every shift.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will hire, train and coach staff; manage cash and inventory controls; operate AES Systems, and drive service, operations and financial results with a goal‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.
