Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Burlington, NC, to guide the team and uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. You’ll lead service excellence, staff training, and daily operations to deliver a positive guest experience.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to achieve high performance across operations, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Ability to coach and develop staff at all levels.
• Experience with P&L and restaurant financial controls.
• Strong operations and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service and guest experience.
