Job summary

AES Restaurants in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience. You’ll set the tone when in charge and uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Work closely with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, P&L, guest satisfaction, and cash and inventory controls. If you excel at leadership, coaching, and fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
