Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee both FOH and BOH operations, ensuring a smooth shift and exceptional guest experience. You will work with the management team to control food and labor costs, meet sales goals, and uphold health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in restaurant management (or 2 years in other roles), a high school diploma, and relevant certifications. Full-time with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year in food service management or 2 years in other food service roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe required.
• Flexible full-time schedule; occasional travel for meetings/training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations for each shift to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring FOH staff and train to standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, and sales performance to meet targets.
• Lead by example, uphold Habit values, and drive guest satisfaction.
