Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in related food service management position preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Assist and supervise the training and development of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Uphold food preparation specifics by ensuring SOPs are followed for quality delivery.
• Communicate, train, and educate Team Members on changes, promotions, or equipment.
• Conduct Succession Planning 1-on-1s with designated Team Members.
• Ensure Team Members comply with safety, hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Manage daily operations of a restaurant shift.
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
• Monitor adherence to labor and food costs; manage inventories and schedules.
