Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service management preferred.
• Food Manager Certification or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Recruiting and hiring FOH staff.
• Train and develop FOH staff to meet customer service standards.
• Ensure staff comply with safety, sanitation, hygiene, appearance, and uniform rules.
• Oversee daily restaurant shift operations.
• Optimize profits by managing food and labor costs.
• Monitor adherence to applicable labor laws.
