Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and health-department standards.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop FOH & BOH staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Assist and supervise the training and development of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Uphold food preparation specifics by ensuring SOPs are followed for quality delivery.
• Communicate, train, and educate Team Members and Shift Leaders on changes or new procedures.
• Conduct Succession Planning 1-on-1s with designated Team Members.
• Ensure Team Members comply with safety, sanitation, and appearance standards.
• Manage daily restaurant shift operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory, place food orders, and process invoices.
• Monitor labor and food costs to meet goals and help with schedules.
