Qualifications

• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards are met.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders and improve cost controls.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors staffing charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
