Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our Berwyn, IL team. You will lead and train team members, ensure guest satisfaction, manage scheduling, and keep operations compliant with standards.

This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for delivering fast, friendly service. We offer growth, with team development and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC is met.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory for efficiencies and product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
