Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put your people and restaurant first.

• Administration: balance employee and guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and trains them to do their job.
• Leads inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensures ongoing training and coaching.
• Builds the capability of shift supervisors for the next level.
• Consistently thanks the team and celebrates success.
• Active coaching of brand service behaviors with training, observation and feedback.
• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to inform product orders and cost controls.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and OA.
