Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.

• Keeps restaurant welcoming and clean; maintains product quality and operations standards.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics and create action plans.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets are met.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to optimize product orders and costs.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
