• Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness consistently.
• Ensure ServSafe or equivalent certification is completed.
• Drive sales by executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and cash through processes.
• Maintain safety and security of team and guests via preventative maintenance and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to plan improvements and goals.
• Comply with restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
