Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by coaching and developing Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with recruitment, training, cross-training, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
• Drive sales by executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives while managing labor and costs.
