Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs unit operations to meet budgeted sales and profits.
• Develops and maintains professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implements Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
• Supports execution of annual financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOPs.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the unit.
• Recruits, trains, and retains employees per SOP and operations plan.
• Keeps adequate levels of supplies and ensures equipment and premises are in proper condition.
• Maintains safety and sanitation practices per regulations and SOP.
• Performs reports and other duties as assigned.
