Job summary

You will manage daily operations, train crew, monitor service speed, handle scheduling, and support the General Manager in achieving guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administration—balance high-quality employee/guest experience with financial goals.

• Builds the capability of shift supervisors and prepares them for next level.
• Consistently thank the team and celebrate success.
• Coaches brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP Logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create/supervise schedules and onboarding for new team members.
