Job summary

Advanced Hospitality Systems is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations. The role is hands-on, 80% in-venue, requiring leadership of managers and hourly staff to deliver impeccable hospitality.

You will oversee all aspects of operations, including food and beverage execution, cost control, service, and profitability, while meeting budget targets and managing labor and inventory. High-volume experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven success as a leader in restaurant operations.
• Experience in high-volume settings with a hands-on approach.
• Must have strong financial acumen and P&L understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Brink or 7Shifts preferred.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations including food, service, cost control, labor, and profitability.
• Meet budgeted revenue and expense goals.
• Oversee weekly P&L analysis, inventory, and production.
• Manage weekly labor scheduling and productivity analysis.
• Maintain CRM for guest relations and satisfaction.
• Train and develop managers and hourly staff.
