The role requires leadership ability, a Food Handlers certificate, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in restaurant operations.
• Food Handlers certificate is required.

• Experience with scheduling, onboarding, and staff coaching.
• Proficient with cash handling and POS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following established guidelines and ensure a safe, efficient start/end of daily operations.
• Interact with customers to provide a warm, welcoming experience and address concerns.
• Assist GM in supervising staff to maintain safety, service quality, organization and accountability.
• Help manage food orders, supplies, and labor costs to protect profitability.
