NextGen Hospitality Solutions seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead our high-volume Polished Casual dining floor, partnering with the GM to drive sales, develop talent, and maintain exceptional service during peak rush hours.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership in a fast-paced restaurant, a track record of cultivating staff, and strong guest-relations skills to grow into upper leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants.
• Strong record of developing and retaining staff.
• Comfortable managing P&L and labor targets.
• Calm, decisive leadership during busy rushes.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations during peak volume.
• Coach and develop hourly staff and shift leaders.
• Manage labor costs and scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Step in to resolve guest concerns quickly.
