Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel leadership experience (front desk and back-of-house).
• Proficient computer skills required, including common hotel ops software.
• Strong team-building abilities and leadership presence.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in GM's absence and support team development.
• Post checks in PMS and manage weekly labor/tracking reports.
• Maintain guest readiness and address guest feedback efficiently.
• Assist housekeeping with room assignments and inspections.
• Build relationships with vendors and guests; monitor inventory.
• Drive local sales and marketing efforts to improve occupancy.
• Cover shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property.
