Job summary

Advanced Hospitality Systems is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager. The ideal candidate brings energy, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to manage a high-volume operation with a hands-on approach.

The role requires a flexible schedule, weekday/weekend availability, and the stamina to stand for long periods. English is essential, Spanish is a plus; ServeSafe certification is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Woburn, MA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven success in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on role requiring 90% shift engagement.
• Must be able to work on feet for up to 10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
• ServeSafe Certification is required or current certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day restaurant operations per company standards and policies.
• Directly supervise front- and back-of-house staff and ensure guest hospitality.
• Be the point of contact for shifts and communicate operational updates to the General Manager.
• Mentor and train hourly staff to perform at a high level and build teamwork.
• Adhere to SOPs for all front- and back-of-house roles.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and handle guest issues as needed.
