Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants and is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to drive operational excellence. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and ensure a safe, high‑quality guest experience while upholding brand standards.

The AGM will have 2+ years of restaurant leadership, oversee training, onboarding, scheduling, and labor optimization to support the GM and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership across shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, writing, and speaking required.
• ServSafe Certification required and health card maintained.
• Clear background check and acceptable MVR.
• Willing to work ~45 hours per week with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality.
• Team Leadership: coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver great customer experiences.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure OSHA health and safety regulations are followed.
• Training & Development: assist in leadership development and feedback.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: help GM identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Financial Performance: support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
